Production facilities

The production facilities of TRANS ER Ltd are based at 5060 Resen, District of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.
The facilities are recently renewed and equipped with bottling, capping, labelling, marking, and foiling equipment, which has increased its daily bottling capacity to 70,000 litres of cooking oil per day.
There are adequate conditions for adherence to all relevant production regulations which are maintained and developed further. The operators in the production process observe all current Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Requirements of the НАССР system (Guidelines for hazard analysis and critical control points).

Our principal goal is to continuously expand our knowledge so that we can offer safe products of high quality both on the Bulgarian and on the European markets.

In 2014 our company started using its own grain silos with capacity of up to 2,000 t. They are installed with equipment for grain crops cleaning and management, whose capacity is of up to 100 t per day.
